What a great way to celebrate the 2nd Annual New York Week for Animals!  Bring your yoga mat and channel your energy for a cause.  Ashley DiMeglio will be posing for a cause at her next yoga charity event benefiting C.A.T.S and the Hi Tor Animal Center.  The event will be on Saturday Oct 2nd at the Comfort Inn Suites in Nanuet, NY.  The 2 hour yoga class merges the styles of Ashley DiMeglio, Stephanie Sirico, Christina DeFeo and Isabella Cannizzaro.  After feeding the soul, you’ll have the opportunity to feed your body with a vegetarian pot luck.  Space is limited so R.S.V.P. by emailing ashleygal1977@yahoo.com.

Ashley & Lily Yogi

Ashley found love from her cat, Lily Yogi, which she adopted from a local rescue group.  Lily Yogi was abused, left hungry and declawed in a backyard.  Now, she wakes up every morning to sun shining through the bay window instead of the cage she spent half her life in.  Ashley wanted to return the love and reach out to help animals, like Lily Yogi, get into loving homes.  Ashley started these events out of her personal experience with her cat.  Help give animals a chance to live a beautiful life with yoga and your donations.
