Today I received a Tweet with a disturbingly graphic video. It shows a girl throwing puppies into a river. What is wrong with people? To see this happening makes me fearful OF our future. That someone so young could be so callus is beyond belief. Even if the puppies need to be put down....this, in no way, is humane. Not at all! Hopefully they will catch this girl.
